JOB DESCRIPTION
We are growing our PerCV.ai Product Platform team to deliver features and services that scale AI products beyond prototypes, automating the development workflow and ensuring consistency infrastructure, versioning and observability across all layers. We are looking for a passionate DevOps/MLOps Engineer, with good understanding of the DevOps principles applied to code and/or data and ML models, to design, and work on streamlining processes related to code, data and ML models. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills, along with a demonstrated eagerness to learn and adopt new technologies.
What you’ll do
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD & MLOps pipelines for code, models, and data workflows
- Building and maintaining GitHub Actions workflow
- Streamline the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within the organization
- Automate and manage cloud and edge deployments (containerization, OTA updates, orchestration)
- Build and operate model registries, data pipelines, and versioning systems to ensure traceability
- Implement DevSecOps practices to ensure secure, reliable, and well-governed execution, deployment, and operational workflows
- Collaborate with ML, software, and product teams to set internal standards and improve workflows
- Ensure that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats
You might be a fit if you have experience with any of the following

- Professional experience as a DevOps or similar SW engineering role (>2yrs any industry or research)
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools – Proficient with git (GitHub Actions) and git workflows
- Proficiency in containerization and orchestration using Docker, Docker Compose, and Kubernetes
- Cloud platform expertise AWS including compute, storage, networking, and service development and monitoring
- Hands-on knowledge of MLOps frameworks e.g. MLflow, Kubeflow, DVC etc. for model / data versioning
- Excellence in programming skills (Python) with understanding of ML workflows, model packaging, and inference environments
- Problem-solving attitude
- Collaborative team spirit
