JOB DESCRIPTION
We are growing our PerCV.ai Product and Technology team to deliver features and services that scale vision AI products beyond prototypes. We are looking for a passionate Project Manager with a solid engineering background and understanding of AI-driven software, who will enable realistic planning, introduce lightweight delivery processes, manage increasing project complexity and ensure reliable, on-time delivery, and strengthen communication across technical and business stakeholders.
What you’ll do
Plan, coordinate, and oversee end-to-end delivery of software, AI and edge projects, from requirements to deployment
Define project scope, milestones, timelines and priorities with engineering, product, and business teams
Track progress and resolve risks and dependencies proactively across multidisciplinary teams
Coordinate communication between engineers, management and customers, ensuring alignment and transparency
Run lightweight delivery processes (planning, reviews, retros) using practical fit-for purpose methods
Ensure on time and on-scope project completion, while continuously improving delivery practices
You might be a fit if you have experience with any of the following

3+ years of project management experience delivering software, AI, or technology-driven projects
Strong SW engineering background; solid grasp of architecture and technical constraints
Ability to manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively and structured (RAID or equivalent)
Ability to plan and track scope, timelines, dependencies and critical paths across multiple teams
Clear communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
Hands-on experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) or hybrid delivery methods
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under changing requirements and constraints
Nice-to-haves
Familiarity with delivery governance: stage-gates, escalation paths, and executive reporting
Familiarity with project tracking and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar)
Degree in Business Administration or Master of Business Administration
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar)
