JOB DESCRIPTION
We are growing our Product Platform team to deliver features and services that make PerCV.ai powerful and easy-to-use. As a UI / UX Frontend Software Engineer, you’ll work on front-end interfaces – helping bring real-world vision AI applications to the market, and deliver polished, reliable and modern UI/UX experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills, along with a demonstrated eagerness to learn and adopt new technologies. You will be involved in various products and product development phases working alongside some of the most talented people in the industry.
What you’ll do
- Build intuitive front-end interfaces that expose AI-powered features
- Collaborate with backend, product, and design teams to translate requirements and APIs into intuitive and reliable UI/UX
- Implement scalable frontend architectures using modern frameworks with reusable components and design systems
- Optimize performance and responsiveness for data-intensive and real-time visual interfaces (streams, charts, overlays)
- Ensure code quality, testing, and best practices through clean code, documentation and automated testing
- Take ownership of features end-to-end: from design through testing, deployment, and iteration
You might be a fit if you have experience with any of the following

- Professional experience developing software (>2yrs any industry or research)
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, API (MQTT, HTTP, REST)
- Hands-on experience with modern web frameworks such as Vue.js (Vue 2 or Vue 3), Nuxt.js, React, Angular, or similar
- Familiarity with modern frontend tooling and workflows (e.g. Vite, state management like Vuex/Pinia, component-based architecture)
- Ability to optimize frontend performance, especially for real-time visualizations, streaming data, or complex UIs
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with frontend testing practices (unit, integration, or e2e testing using tools like Jest, Vitest, Playwright or Cypress, etc.)
- Hands-on work with data visualization libraries (timeseries, 3D)
- Understanding of authentication and security basics
- Wireframing and UX intuition, with experience using Figma
- Experience with backend services and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
